Cyclone V Starter Kitはアルテラ社Cyclone V GX FPGAを搭載した廉価版のトランシーバアプリケーション用ハードウェアプラットフォームです。そして、これはプロトコルブリッジ、モータ制御ドライブ、映像コンバータ／キャプチャカード、携帯機器といった数量が莫大なアプリケーションを設計する技術開発者向けの評価用ボードです。

また、Arduino Header、オンボードUSB Blaster、オーディオ、ビデオに加え、オンボードHSMCコネクタを装備した、拡張性の高い評価ボードとなっております。
